Uses of tank containers

Tank containers, also known as ISO TANK, are standardized containers specially designed for transporting chemical liquids, chemical gases and food. Its main function is to provide efficient and safe solutions, suitable for sea, land or rail transportation, and used to transfer and store food, oil, chemicals, liquid asphalt, dangerous goods and other goods. Tank containers have the following characteristics and advantages:

Material and structure. Tank containers are made of stainless steel, have insulation functions, and are usually covered with aluminum or polyurethane protective layers to ensure safety and reliability during transportation.
Size and type. The size of tank containers is the same as that of 20-foot containers. They provide a variety of types, such as food tanks, chemical tanks, etc. According to the state of the loaded material, they can be divided into liquid tanks, gas tanks and powder tanks to meet the transportation needs of different goods.

Safety and efficiency. The stainless steel material of the tank container has good sealing and pressure resistance, which can effectively prevent the leakage or damage of goods during transportation. At the same time, its design can load a large amount of liquid at one time, reducing the time and cost of multiple loading and unloading, and improving transportation efficiency.
Environmental protection and cost saving. Tank containers are considered to be an environmentally friendly and safe way to transport hazardous chemicals and food, while also saving costs. A 20-foot container can carry 45% more liquid cargo than a fully loaded 20-foot standard dry cargo container.
Wide range of applications. Tank containers are suitable for transporting various liquids, gases, powders, chemicals, perishable and non-perishable foods, alcohol, non-alcoholic liquids, etc., with a design life of 20 to 35 years.
