Material Specifications & Manufacturing Process
Steel Composition & Wall Structure
Material Grade: JIS SPA-H / Corten-A structural weathering steel used for all exterior corrugated panels, roof sheets, and structural posts. Contains copper, chromium, and nickel alloy elements that inhibit atmospheric corrosion.
Panel Thickness: 2.0 mm cold-rolled corrugated steel sheets for sidewalls and front walls; 2.0 mm to 3.0 mm for roof panels.
Frame & Corner Castings: JIS SM490YA structural steel framework welded to ISO 1161 compliant forged corner castings, rated for vertical stacking of up to 9 high loaded containers (32,500 kg per stack).
Flooring & Undercarriage
Floor Material: 28 mm thick marine-grade waterproof hardwood plywood (Apitong or Keruing species), screw-fastened with countersunk self-tapping bolts to understructure cross-members.
Cross-members: Rolled steel channel sections (C-profile) welded at 305 mm intervals, providing a point-load capacity of 7,260 kg per wheel (tested with 4.4-ton forklift axle loads).
Surface Treatment & Anti-Corrosion Process
