Features

Our flat racks feature a 52,500 kgs MGW capacity for the 40ft model, making them ideal for carrying heavy-duty cargo. Each unit is equipped with flush folding full-width front walls and folding front frames, a full-width deck, and hinge mechanisms designed with "Domino" or "Seadek" technology. The end frame locking and hinge pins have easily accessible lubrication points, ensuring smooth operation. Additionally, all flat racks come with lashing points and stanchion pockets throughout the main rails and end frames, as well as in-floor and chocking lashing sets in the base assembly. The 45 mm super duty solid wood planks, treated with ultrawood and augmented by steel deck plates at each end, provide exceptional durability. Recess areas are also provided in the end sills next to each corner casting for added functionality.

The design enables full lashing of cargo at multiple points, while recessed cross floor lashing zones and chocking slots enhance cargo securement. Additionally, these features minimize floor damage caused by forklifts and prevent floor rotting. The design also prevents damage from twist lock pin heads due to misalignment during loading.
